He’s been instrumental in helping me manage injury and training fatigue, increase muscle mass, and help me gain confidence lifting in the gym. I decided to train for my first 70.3 (half distance) triathlon this year and Dylan’s support and programming were instrumental in helping me cross the finish line. He built intentional workouts targeting muscle groups I most needed to get me through such a long multi sport event.
